i can't view the old lectures, it keeps telling me i need quicktime 6.0 and linking me to a page to install the plugin, but i already DID install the plugin from that website, this morning when it first told me i needed it! My alarm didn't go off and i wanted to watch the lecture. How do i fix this?!
I've had the same plugin problem with Mozilla Firefox. If you're on a Windows machine try using Internet Explorer...that worked for me. If you're running an OS without IE...no clue. -Robert Pruvenok

Dr. Morley, I am sorry that the person above me was rude. You deserve more respect than that. However, I am wondering the same thing. Do we just use the Apletts to analyze a topic and then write about that topic on our coweb page?
Professor, I've done the thing with the applets but when I click on the link to the page where we are supposed to post it, I am taken to search results for nokia cell phones. Is there problem with the link?

I vote for final exemption. That is, afterall, how we did it last semester in 1502.
He's said 100 times that there will not be a drop. There will be an exemption, and he will announce the policy during dead week. He will announce extra credit this week.

Dr. Morley, you should just cancel your account after Earthlink gives you back service... after you claim credit. Build a "I Hate Earthlink" website and make a parody of their commercial where the asian lady blinks 50 times per second.

As for the Earthlink troubles...I feel your pain, Dr. Morley. As for everyone's asking about the exemption policy...it will be announced Wendesday, the Wednesday of Dead Week, just like he always does it.

How do we know who got extra credit for their projects?
How do we know if we are able to exempt the final? Is there going to be a list of people who are exempt?
When are the review sessions ?
Cut off got changed to 89. Thank God. The TA's will let you know if you are exempt.
When did it get changed? Is this correct?
Cutoff is still at 90. TAs will consider cases of 89's, but there are no guarantees that one will get an exemption. For example, if I have been skipping recitations, then it's highly unlikely that my TA will give me an exemption. On the other hand, if I have showed up to every recitation (which is a plus given our class is at 8am), then I'm sure my TA will take that positive note into account while making his/her decision. -Nguyen
