HW2: Due Tuesday 20: Section 14.2: 19,20,21, Section 14.3: 3,4,14,15,23; Section 14.4: 16,17; Section 14.5 4,7, 27; Project 14.5B, 1,2,3

HW3 Due Feb 5th.

1. Find all the 1st and second order partail derivatives for
a) x y /(x^2 + y^2)
b) Sin(x^2 y z^3)
2. Draw a contour plot of x^2 - y , for x and y between -1 and +1
3.Section 15.3: 15,17,21;
4. Section 15.4: 11,13,46;
5. Section 15.6: 13,15, 26

HW4: Due 12(?) Feb Thursday:Section 16.1: 1,3,15,17,33,35 ; Section 16.2: 5,7,23,25 40
