









Comment about bookstore and "solution manuals"

I have spoken with the textbook manager (Curtis Waddell) this morning at
B&N about giving out the wrong solutions for 1502. He understands now
what the problem is, and will gladly swapped out the 2401 solutions for
the correct 1502 solutions.
The students simply need to take their receipt (or even if they don't
have a receipt) to B&N to swap out the solutions. Curtis assured me that
they won't have any problems.

For those students who are of the distance learning aspect please have them
send me the wrong text and as part of the correction process we will take care
of the shipping cost via a refund to their credit card or issue a store credit
which would be good at any B&N location. We are committed to providing the
utmost customer service to remedy this situation.
