Evaluating and Assessing Impact – How are the institutions approaching this and how should we as a group be looking at impact 6. ADVANCE and Promotion & Tenure Issues – identification of issues as well as how ADVANCE is changing the process (training, tools, policies, etc) 7. Senior Women & Advancement – After tenure. How are the institutions enabling women with tenure advance to higher ranks. 8. ADVANCE Institutional Data – How do you get buy in from the people at the institution (from staff to faculty to administration) – Backlash, etc. 9. Sustainability of ADVANCE programs – We have all indicated that we will continue the work past the NSF funding, how do we do this? What plans are in place to do this? 10. ADVANCE and Recruitment & Retention Issues - Identification of issues as well as how ADVANCE is changing the process (training, tools, policies, services, etc) 11. Mentoring & Faculty Development – How are institutions addressing faculty development and mentoring for women faculty (teaching, research, service, other mentors) and workshops to gain skills needed to advance through the ranks. 12.
