Time-line for submissionsTime line:All – encourage your ADVANCE team to attend the conference. On-line registration is found at www.pe.gatech.edu keyword: Advance. Space is limited to 350 attendees. By Friday, January 9 – All institutions will contact Mary Lynn Realff and submit the name and contact information for their “conference contact person.” This could be the same person as the session coordinator. This person will be the one responsible for providing Georgia Tech with other information pertaining to the conference. By Friday, January 9 – for those institutions who are coordinating sessions, send Mary Lynn Realff the name and contact information for the session coordinator that will be representing your institution. Session Coordinator Form By Friday, February 20 – sessions coordinators to send Mary Lynn Realff the names of the panelist for the session that they are coordinating and a brief summary statement of what the session will address (this information will be put in the conference program and will be posted on the web site and be used to market the conference). By Friday, February 20 – The Georgia Tech bookstore will be hosting a mini-bookstore for us at the conference. We would like to offer books that the female faculty feel are “must reads” and books written by some of the women faculty that might be of interest to the conference attendees. Please indicate the following: Title of book, author, ISBN and or publisher, number of copies that you think will be needed. If you want to, also include your own short review of the book. The bookstore is thinking about making a “catalog” of the books for the attendees and these reviews would be included. Please indicate if you want to submit the review unanimously. Mini-bookstore Form By Friday, February 27 – We are compiling a list of tools available from the ADVANCE Institutions. Please submit a list of any tools, best practices, guidelines and where people can obtain them, ex. URL’s, where to request a copy, etc. Tools, best practices, guidelines form Miscellaneous information: All of the presentation rooms are equipped with computer projectors, overhead projectors, VCR, flipchart with pad and markers.
